Reminders that bring them back

Hoist keeps the WoF date on each bike and reminds the customer when it comes round.

  • WoF reminders. Sent by text or email on their own.

  • Service reminders. Set the date when the job is done and the reminder goes out when it comes round.

  • Booking confirmations. Customers get a text confirming the booking and another before it.

  • Message templates. Keep reusable messages for the things you say most.

Bookings and payment

What motorcycles ask before they start.

Can I service motorcycles, dirt bikes and quads in Hoist?
Yes. Bikes, quads and other vehicle types go on the same job cards, invoices and reminders as cars.
Can I look a bike up by rego?
Yes. Type the rego and Hoist fills in the make, model, VIN and WoF date from official NZ vehicle records.
Can I enter a bike without a plate?
Yes. Anything without a plate can be entered by VIN or chassis number.
Does Hoist send WoF and service reminders for bikes?
Yes. WoF reminders go out by text or email on their own, and service reminders go out on whatever date you set.
