Hoist will cost $99/month + GST when we launch publicly in April 2026. However, early adopters who sign up before launch can lock in our special rate of just $60/month + GST for 6 months. This is a flat rate with no tiers or hidden fees. Additional users can be added for $10/month each.

Hoist includes work order management, customer database, invoicing and payments, NZTA rego lookups, Xero integration, inventory management, technician scheduling, reporting and analytics, SMS notifications, and mobile access. All features are included at one price - no premium tiers.

Yes! Hoist has full Xero integration built-in at no extra cost. Invoices sync automatically, customer data stays in sync, and you can manage your workshop finances seamlessly between both platforms.

Yes! Additional users are $10/month each. Simply add them from your account settings. There is no limit to the number of users you can add.

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month.

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout for New Zealand customers. You will receive a GST invoice for your records.

All customers get email support included. We normally reply within 24 hours, though it may take up to 72 hours during busy periods. We also provide onboarding assistance to help you get started.

Hoist connects directly to the NZTA database for instant vehicle registration lookups. Cached lookups cost 5c and live lookups cost 21c. This saves you time entering vehicle details and ensures accuracy.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can request a full data export at any time. After 30 days, data is securely deleted from our systems.
