Hoist costs $90/month + GST for full access to all features. This is a flat rate with no tiers or hidden fees. Additional users can be added for $15/month each. Compared to other workshop management software in NZ, Hoist offers competitive pricing with all features included from day one.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will get full access to all features so you can properly evaluate Hoist for your workshop.
What features are included in Hoist workshop software?
Hoist includes work order management, customer database, invoicing and payments, NZTA rego lookups, Xero integration, inventory management, technician scheduling, reporting and analytics, SMS notifications, and mobile access. All features are included at one price - no premium tiers.
Does Hoist integrate with Xero accounting software?
Yes! Hoist has full Xero integration built-in at no extra cost. Invoices sync automatically, customer data stays in sync, and you can manage your workshop finances seamlessly between both platforms.
Can I add more users?
Yes! Additional users are $15/month each. Simply add them from your account settings. There is no limit to the number of users you can add.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month.
Is GST included in the pricing?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout for New Zealand customers. You will receive a GST invoice for your records.
What support is included with Hoist?
All customers get email support included. We normally reply within 24 hours, though it may take up to 72 hours during busy periods. We also provide onboarding assistance to help you get started.
How do NZTA rego lookups work?
Hoist connects directly to the NZTA database for instant vehicle registration lookups. Cached lookups cost 5c and live lookups cost 21c. This saves you time entering vehicle details and ensures accuracy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can request a full data export at any time. After 30 days, data is securely deleted from our systems.
